Typically it's December 1st, although I'd recommend contacting Town Hall to ensure they haven't changed this. One thing to note is that dogs must be leashed.
I was there in May, June 2018 and there were bushes or small trees with pink flowerson the walking trail near the water (like cones of pink flowers). Can you please tell me the name of this bush/tree?
