Go for the Free English Tour at 1230pm. Very good and knowledgeable volunteer guides. Makoto-san was an absolute blast!Full review by SamuelL3269

Took the free 1230pm English tour with Makoto-san. The castle is rebuilt and has cool replicas of the art during that period.Full review by ooimark

When it has finished renovating, it is very wheelchair-friendly. It is already wheelchair-friendly.

Most of attractions in Japan require admission fee. This one is no exception. I believe for adults is 500 Yens.

Yes you can definitely take pictures they also have signages inside the castle like areas that flash are not allowed or what have you.
