Blizzard warning: System shifts south, but 8 inches of snow still possible in MN
"A narrow band of heavy, wet snow and very strong winds will accompany a late winter storm today and this evening," the warning reads. "Snow totals will likely range from 4 to 8 inches. There may be some isolated higher totals. In addition to the snow, strong north winds will gust from 35 to 55 mph.
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If someone gets stranded, they should stay with their vehicle.
