The Food and Drug Administration has updated their recall of a batch of Dubai chocolate spread to Class I, their highest level, due to risk of salmonella contamination.

Dexcom recalled certain glucose monitoring receivers that may fail to make an alert sound when blood sugar is dangerously low or high, the FDA said. The issue has been linked to 56 injuries.
