Although it has not been confirmed who will play Kratos in Amazon's upcoming God of War show, the streamer already seems to have the perfect casting choice for the video game adaptation. A God of War live-action adaptation has been long overdue since the video game series' immense success.

God of War TV series has been greenlit for two seasons at Amazon. It follows the story of a former Greek god, Kratos who embarks on a journey to fulfill the last wish of his late wife with his son Atreus. Kratos and Atreus must learn to survive amidst villainous creatures and gods.

It seems Amazon’s got a lot of confidence in its God of War show, since two seasons have been ordered. This comes from Ronald D. Moore, a highly successful TV writer and producer, who's currently overseeing the journey of Kratos to the small screen, even if he can’t make heads or tails of the video games.
