Tyrell Shavers has made his case for the roster this season, and the Bills shouldn’t risk exposing him to waivers in hope of hiding him on the practice squad. At this point, Shavers should be viewed more as a lock than a surprise addition.

Sokol has hung around on the periphery of the NFL since going undrafted in 2019. He has mainly been on practice squads the last few years, with his last game action coming in 2023 with the New England Patriots. Sokol will look for another practice squad opportunity after this most recent stint with the Bills didn't land him on a roster spot.
