A dead duckling has prompted further scrutiny of Donald Trump’s renovation of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.

Speaking to reporters on Monday, Trump claimed, without evidence, that “vandals” took a knife and slashed the paint on the bottom of the Reflecting Pool.
