Eddie Murphy's movie debut as Reggie Hammond in 48 Hrs. is easily one of the best of any other SNL cast member, and proved his comedy style worked outside stand-up and sketches. 48 Hrs. remains as hilarious today as it was when it was first released, and it's easy to see why this film helped launch Murphy into international stardom.
