A new wellness spa in Mandan is giving residents a fresh way to unwind and it’s the only spot in the Bismarck-Mandan area with a salt cave.

Island Spa has a bright, open and modern squeaky-clean layout in a 32,000-square-foot building. Spa-goers can stay overnight for an additional $10 to their $35 admission fee on Friday or Saturdays.
