Jose "Joe" Ceballos, 54, a two-time city council member, was reelected as mayor this week by the residents of Coldwater, Kansas, population 687.

The legislative decision was adopted with 63 votes in favor, 34 against and two absentee votes, after a debate in which right-wing congressmen argued that Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has maintained a hostile position towards Peru since she took office.
