L Dark Knight is going to fulfill some big dreams for Batman fans. Believe it or not, there hasn’t been a new Batman game in a decade. Batman: Arkham Knight was the last game where you played as the Caped Crusader.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is taking a different approach, however, with an official Q&A page for the game confirming just seven heroes will be playable — and no supervillains.

Telltale Games first ventured into the open-world LEGO format with its 2022 release of "LEGO Skywalker: The Skywalker Saga." Players could explore 20-plus planets mentioned in the "Star Wars" movies, though the exact size of the Gotham map is not yet known.
