WASHINGTON (AP) — Veronica Burton hit six 3-pointers and scored 30 points — both career highs — Cecilia Zandalasini also made six 3s and finished with 20 points, and the Golden State Valkyries beat the Washington Mystics 88-83 on Wednesday night for their third straight win.
Connecticut faces Washington in a matchup of Eastern Conference teams. Thursday's game is the fourth meeting this season between the two teams.

Sonia Citron scored 21 points, Kiki Iriafen had 18 points and 12 rebounds, and the Washington Mystics beat the Indiana Fever 88-84 on Friday night. Citron gave Washinton an 80-71 lead with 3:39 remaining with her third 3-pointer.
