Campbell and the Lions' dream season certainly came up short, especially after 2023 ended in the NFC Championship Game. They will go into the offseason with some potential holes to fill, as offensive coordinator Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn are prime head coach candidates around the league.
