The National Weather Service is issuing a cold weather advisory for our area Thursday night through Friday morning.
Much of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi remain under a tornado watch until 8 p.m. with severe weather in the forecast Wednesday.
For timing purposes, we will choose Lafayette as our reference point on when the storms might arrive in the area. If you live west of Lafayette, expect storms to arrive sooner. If you leave east of Lafayette, the storms will be arriving later.
