The Miami Dolphins will be facing two new head coaches in the AFC East in the 2025 season: the New England Patriots’ Mike Vrabel and New York Jets’ Aaron Glenn. Interestingly, both coaches are former players for the respective teams that hired them.

DeMarcus Covington, who had been with the New England Patriots since 2017, will not be back with the organization this season. After serving as the team’s defensive coordinator in 2024, the 35-year-old has joined the Green Bay Packers as their new defensive line coach.
According to ESPN, the Green Bay Packers are hiring DeMarcus Covington to be their defensive line coach. Last season was Covington’s first as the Patriots defensive coordinator.
