Joey Chestnut made a triumphant return to Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest in New York City, New York on July 4, winning the championship and earning his 17th title at the competition.

Joey Chestnut reclaimed the Mustard Belt by eating 70.5 hot dogs and buns in his return to the Nathan's annual Fourth of July contest.

With an average of more than 9 hot dogs per minute, Mr. Joey Chestnut ate 11 hot dogs in the first minute of the tournament and 46 by the midway point.
