New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner won the toss and opted to bat against Pakistan in the opening match of a tri-nation series in Lahore on Saturday. The match is taking place at the newly-renovated Gaddafi Stadium, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif last night in a dazzling ceremony with music performances.

Pakistan will take on New Zealand in the opening match of Tri-Nation One Day International series at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore today (Saturday). The match will begin at two in the afternoon.

As hosts Pakistan begin their preparation for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, they take on New Zealand in the 1st ODI of the tri-series tournament which also includes South Africa. The match will be played at the newly renovated Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
