La Plaza, a leading Latino nonprofit in Indiana, has announced a change in plans for the 44th Annual FIESTA Indianapolis.

The ¡Viva Perry! Latino Festival returns on Saturday, Aug. 23 with a parade, followed by food, music, dancers and kids activities in Pattee Park.
