The London Ambulance Service (LAS) said it was called at 2.51pm on Tuesday to reports of a shooting on Upton Lane in Forest Gate, east London.

The death of inmate Kevin Golby, aged 49, was not linked to an assault at HMP Five Wells, investigations found.

The house in Yate was burnt almost completely to the ground during the blaze, which followed the explosion on Tuesday morning.
