Cynthia “Cindy” Diane Hoffman, a former resident of Union City, left this world on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the age of 66, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.

Debra was born Aug. 31, 1954, in Huntsville, Ala., daughter of the late Raymond L. and Adeline Rose (Oldaker) Frady. She married James Lawrence “Jim” Yates Oct. 16, 1970. He passed away Oct. 9, 2020.
