In their second major trade in four months, the Washington Commanders agreed to acquire former all-pro wide receiver Deebo Samuel from the San Francisco 49ers for a 2025 fifth-round draft pick, two people with knowledge of the deal said Saturday night.

The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to send standout wide receiver Deebo Samuel to the Commanders in exchange for a fifth-round pick, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday night, giving Washington another weapon for quarterback Jayden Daniels.
