Kandi Burruss-Tucker is backing out of a settlement agreement with the landlord of her restaurant, Blaze Steak and Seafood.

A legal battle involving Blaze Steak and Seafood, the restaurant co-owned by Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss-Tucker, is heating up again after the restaurant group filed a countersuit.

The companies say they have been prohibited from operating former "RHOA" star Kandi Burruss' Blaze Steak & Seafood for over four months, resulting in losses above $400,000.
