Toyota Vios hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) 已在泰国正式发布，这也是这款电气化 Vios 的全球首发。在泰国它被称为 Toyota Yaris Ativ HEV，共有两个车型：HEV Premium，售价 THB719,000（约 RM93k），以及 HEV GR Sport，售价 THB769,000（约 RM100k）。
