I'd been thinking that I hadn't seen her on tele since the Secret of Crickley Hall and before that Wallander. A quick look on IMDB shows that she's had only the odd guest role in recent years.

You'd be hiring a smaller team, depending on online news sites like Politico to help out the Westminster operation.

Does Abi think she has killed Toyah? at least we know it wasn't her who started the fire, as she was off trying to borrow money to "escape".

Dec 20, 2024 · Given she was a smart woman with access to police files via her job, she would've made an excellent detective. Or you could've had a female ex-computer programmer, because they did exist even back then. The show didn't hinge on Shoestring being a white male, it hinged on the lead actor being great for that part.
