We should congratulate him on a well-run campaign. Mayoral politics in New York for the last 60 years is always money for nothing, chicks for free, elect me. Then once you get in, you deal with the reality of the state legislature. You can't do squat without them. So there's a check and balance going on here. This guy's gonna be mayor, 100%.
