Poke the dull end of a toothpick into the side of the orange. Attach the orange to the cone using the toothpicks sharp end. Repeat this step all around the base of the cone. 3. Start the next layer by stacking the orange above where two oranges meet, so the next layer is offset. Repeat this step until you get to the top.
