The ACT is home to some of the largest and highest quality remnants of Natural Temperate Grassland and Box-Gum Grassy Woodland in Australia. 🌳 Within these critically endangered ecosystems, you’ll find many of Canberra’s most threatened species, including the Striped Legless Lizard, Pink-tailed Worm Lizard, Perunga Grasshopper, Hooded Robin, and Brown Treecreeper, all of whom rely on these unique grassy environments to survive. 🦎🦗🐦 Given the enormous ecological importance of these ecosystems
