Pysanka is an integral symbol of Ukrainian Easter. Researchers believe that the painting of the Ukrainian pysanka has more than 100 symbolic drawings. The main ornaments used to make pysankas: the sun, cross, star, flowers, branch, spiral, tree of life and others. According to the technique of making pysankas, they are divided into "krashanka", "krapanka", "shkryabanka", "malovanka" and "pysanka".
