After filming My Super Sweet 16, I went on to appear on the MTV show Exiled, where I was sent to live completely on my own with the Embera tribe in Panama for an entire week. I lived exactly as they did—ate what they ate, slept how they slept, worked alongside them, and truly became part of the tribe. It was incredibly hard, humbling work… and completely life-changing. It’s a memory that has stayed with me forever. For years, returning to the tribe was at the very top of my bucket list. I always
