Covid was their justification to run their units below bare minimum staffing because “well they managed it during the pandemic…so why not now?!” THIS IS NOT NORMAL. MCP was NOT like this prior to covid. Nurses at MCP and other HCA north Texas hospitals, yall HAVE to refuse these assignments. Call safe harbor.
