Basic banana bread is a great base for a lot of other flavors 🍌 It was a cold and rainy day here when I decided to make a tropical version of my usual recipe. I was dreaming of palm trees, warm sand, and piña coladas I guess! 🏝🍹 This bread has a great banana flavor of course, but I also added sweetened coconut, pineapple, and maraschino cherries.
