Goose Island goes big and tropical with new beer release

First look at The Crazy Goose 🪿✨ Downstairs: a stunning, seriously well-stocked bar with Crazy Goose IPA on tap 🍺 plus cosy pub seating and a bistro dining area tucked away at the back. Upstairs: The Blue Room - a deliciously moody dining space. We started with pub snacks (devilled eggs, mince on toast and croquettes), then shared the signature rotisserie chicken with ultra-creamy, marrow-topped mash and smoky, just-charred greens.
