The menu is a Scandinavian, Japanese and British fusion and is an absolute delight for the senses. Tasting menu 1 (what I had) is £95 - menu 2 is £120. They also do a lunch/early bird menu which is 3 courses for £45! Chef Dan is extremely talented and knows exactly what he’s doing.
