Queensland former rugby league player Trevor Gillmeister has faced court, charged with allegedly assaulting a police officer following an incident at a Brisbane CBD pub in November. The go-slow work stoppage by magistrates has entered its second day. At the Windhoek Traffic Court, cases scheduled from 09:00 have experienced delays. Court officials told NBC News that the magistrate had heard some matters before stepping out. Magistrates across the country began the go-slow industrial action yesterday. The action aims to exert pressure on the government to enhance salaries and benefits that the previous administration had previously agreed upon. No resolution has been reached
