Update: so I can myself a week to show how keeping in a consistent routine can help reduce facial redness and flare ups, I suffer with both rosacea type 1&2 and seborrheic dermatitis, so I find maintaining a clean/ healthy diet consisting of leafy greens, vegetables and fish is beneficial, 2-3l of water a day and having a consistent skincare routine which consists of a facial cleanser, azelaic acid and a natural face moisturiser. #helping #fyp #support #skincaretips #rosacea #info #viralvideos #
