Uromastyx geyri or (Geyr’s spiny tailed lizard) is a brightly colored herbivorous desert lizard from North Africa known for its spiky tail and arid habitat. They are popular reptiles for enthusiasts due to their vegetarian diet which avoids live insects and their striking appearance with “red” and “yellow” color phases.
