#Burdock or giant burdock, a bit favourite of mine as it’s just so big and bold. The leaves can be huge and are sort of oval and pointy, big enough to keep the rain off. If you’re old enough to remember the drink was used in Dandelion and Burdock cordial and I believe it was also used in the beer making process.
