Last week, WWII veteran Lee Broussard celebrated his 100th birthday with us! While visiting his museum, Broussard and his family stopped by the Malcom S. Forbes Rare and Iconic Artifact Gallery to see his personal wartime diary currently on display there. A Louisiana native, Broussard enlisted in the US Navy in 1943. He was assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Midway (CV-41) and later joined Admiral William Halsey's Third Fleet Flag Staff. Broussard was aboard the USS Missouri on September 2, 19
