Let's set the metronome to half-time or 90 BPM to get a swing feel. Consider the clicks to be your 2 and 4 counts. METRONOME HAND TAPS We are continuing to work on attention and concentration skills using a metronome (app). This time we are using our hands rather than our feet. This is a multisensory activity - proprioception, vestibular, auditory, visual and tactile. Start at a slow pace (eg. 60 beats per/minute) and then increase the speed.
