Young people had no trouble skipping but older people and even some people in their 50s discovered that they couldn’t skip anymore.🤦‍♀️🍎 So is age the issue? Well, a little bit, but it also has to do with your fascia. Facia tissue and muscle fibers changes with age. It goes back to what I always say use it or lose it.
